Terms and Conditions

1. This incentive is available within the following states where ShopItandProfit.com, LLC is doing business: Massachusetts. You are encouraged to use ShopItandProfit.com, LLC’s services and hand-picked agents as we believe that they are the best in the field and will be better able to serve you.
2. The gift card is available to ShopItandProfit.com, LLC customers who use a real estate professional selected by ShopItandProfit.com, LLC to buy or sell a home.
3. This incentive is based on a 5% real estate commission, split equally between the listing and buying broker(s). If the actual commission or the commission split differs, your incentive will reflect a similar adjustment. There is no incentive offered for property purchases or sales of less than $100,000.00.
4. The value of the gift card depends on the value of the home that is bought or sold.
5. If you use real estate professionals assigned by ShopItandProfit.com, LLC for 2 transactions (e.g. selling your current home and purchasing a new home), you can earn a gift card on each transaction.
6. ShopItandProfit.com, LLC will send you the gift card within 30 days following receipt of (1) a HUD-1 (closing statement) which shows you used the real estate professional assigned to you by ShopItandProfit.com, LLC, AND (2) payment of applicable fees by the real estate professional to ShopItandProfit.com, LLC. To remain eligible for this incentive, you must send us within 30 days of the closing date of the applicable real estate transaction a copy of your HUD-1 document (you will receive this at closing), your correct mailing address, your choice of incentive gift card, and your real estate professionals name to: ShopItandProfit.com LLC, Attn: Real Estate Incentive, 901 Main Street, Suite J., Osterville, MA 02655 HUD-1s sent in after this 30 day period will not be eligible for this incentive.
